Music Exhibition Poster

The challenge for this piece was to design a poster advertising a music and art exhibition on Mississippi College’s campus that was inspired by designers such as Paul Rand and Saul Bass.
I found a poster designed by Saul Bass that I was very inspired by. I chose to place a flat image on one side of the poster with heavy text on the other. I hand-drew the font to give the flatness of the design a little texture.
